The wine has a delicate, bright colour with a watery edge. In the nose a clean, delicate grapey aroma, flowery-fruity bouquet:
Nuances of lemon blossom, green apple and yellow grapefruit. Dry on the palate, with stimulating fruit acids, predominantly vegetal-spicy hints. The slim body, the delicate tannins and the medium finish make the wine a good food companion.
